When will ticket prices get cheap to go to Hawaii?

I am traveling to Hawaii and would like to know where there are cheap airline tickets. Honolulu.

1. Airline tickets will get cheap when oil prices come down - don't hold your breath. :-(
2. The easiest way to find out is to use a shopping site like Kayak.com. It searches many different websites and combines the results so you can make easy comparisons. Don't hold your breath waiting for prices to get cheap. Oil is at $135 a barrel and airlines have announced that they are reducing flights to leisure destinations such as Hawaii. There's no profit in offering the cut-rate fares that travelers demand to these destinations. With fewer seats available, prices are only going higher.
3. The best times to fly are after school starts (August or September) and before June 14th. I suggest going between March and June. Winter will be over and you will have the best chances of hanging out on the beach ALL day!
4. where are you coming from? some hawaii based travel companies charter flights. try pandaonline.com or boydvacationshawaii.com for some of those. once in a while hawaiian airlines has some deals. once again, it's all about where you're coming from.
