where could I find cheap airline tickets?

I am trying to get at ticket for my cousins(2 adults) they live in okinawa, japan(Naha) and I need a airline ticket that gets to okinawa, japan(Naha) to Richomond, Virgina. I really need a cheap ticket and I tried the internet, but it was a lot like it was from $2,000-3,000 not good.
