Is there a cheap airline serving the USA?

Hi, I'm looking for a cheap flight from the UK to the US and back. Is there an airline like Ryanair or Easyjet flying to the USA?

  3. Not that I know of, no. Once you get here, you can check Jet Blue, Southwest (probably the closest thing to an EasyJet or Ryanair), and a few others to travel within the country. As far as transatlantic though, I think your best bet is through an online website like travelocity.
  4. There are loads of airlines depending on where you are going to and where you are coming from. Some of the more mainstream ones are United, American, Continental, British Airways, Virgin, Air India. Air New Zealand do Heathrow to LA. As for a cheap no-frills airline - try Zoom Airlines. Not so frequent or reliable though.
