1. it depends- for domestic I always use this site because it has always been cheaper- it's a Travelocity partner. Uctwithme.com, click "book travel online" For international I use the same company, but I use their travel agents for the best rest... want their info?
2. Well usually online. And definately when NOT during the holiday seasons. So, not when the kids have their holidays cause thats when the whole family has a chance to go on holidays, like Christmas, New Year etc. And not near public holdais either. And if you are from Australia, JetStar usually have tickets at Extradinary Prices!!!!
