1. If you can find a travel agent who is willing to handle flights, that would be your best bet. And you will need to be very flexible about dates, times, etc.
2. good luck finding a good flight...and i me and john are planning to be married as soon as possible...we just have to figure out the immigration details first.
3. www.skyscanner.net is really good because it compares prices with other airlines and you can find what airlines fly into caraccas cheaply
