1. Go to farecompare.com and you'll be able to find the cheapest rate. Most airlines accept pets in the cargo area. It's not that long of a flight, so your dog should be fine. You can also get a tranquilizer pill for your dog from your vet. I've traveled with animals before and if you do that, they sleep right through the flight.
