What's the best way to get cheap airline tickets with a specific time and destination needed?

I'm planning a honeymoon, so we have an exact date, time, and destination in mind. What is the best way to get cheap plane tickets? We will be going in May to Texas. Thanks in advance :)

2. Cheap tickets are just that. Cheap…….they may or may not work for you……..take what your comfortable with…….and………will work for you……..cheap is as cheap gets……..
